Online Run Coaching

Want to learn how to jog/run but can't get to a UniRun course?
Interested in taking your walking/jogging to a new level?

UniRun Online Coaching is for you!

Before commencing the online program, you'll complete a participant questionnaire which is designed to learn more about you and your fitness goals and expected outcomes. You'll then receive a weekly email plan with your sessions for the week, along with other useful information and handy advice. Telephone advice may also be available, and you're free to contact your coach in between sessions for any questions or queries you may have.

Your goal could be to lose weight or take part in a fun run event, or just to be able to run around the block without stopping! You may not even have a goal at this stage but are keen to get moving.  Your running dreams are achievable - with the right training, motivation, advice and encouragement.
